Finding a Job with a Criminal Background

Job searching can be a challenge in and of itself, but if you have a criminal background it can be even more challenging.  Here is a list of resources and suggestions to ease your job search and give you hope that the better life choices you are making today will pay off tomorrow.

Iseek has some great information about career planning for ex-offenders.

Exoffenders.net has a list of "felon-friendly" employers in addition to many other resources.

Check in with re-entry programs and organizations such as these Twin Cities organizations. If they are unable to assist you, ask if they can refer you to another organization that can help you find employment:
